It took about 20-30 minutes to download the original clip and the programs I needed, and about another hour to actually make the video and upload it to YouTube.

I downloaded the clip off YouTube with some site I don't remember the URL to, then added captions in Windows Movie Maker. It wasn't very difficult, lol.
