@NOBLE ^ See above, but, the idea of an incentive, as you know, is something that will draw more people's interest. So, I guess that incentive could be something small, perhaps an award. Or, perhaps custom graphics for their sig, that they can have customized, but, also fit their role within the site as the tournament voting panel? I know @V3numb makes really dope GFX, and you've made some decent graphics as well. This is also a way to get the GFX portion of the site more active. Perhaps hold a contest to determine who gets to make the graphics, and offer them a small cash prize for that contest, and the subsequent work?
I agree. I don't think its something that warrants a title either. Plus after all the effort we've put into getting rid of non-essential titles (Mafia Winner, etc), I'm reluctant to add another one just for people to vote on tourneys.
I think a good incentive may be a "Tournament Top Voter" award. Basically, whoever is running a tourney will have a list that keeps track of who's dropping votes on the tournament battles and at the end of the tourney, whoever drops the most fairs gets the tourney top voter award regardless of whether or not they were a participant. This can be given to more than one person if they all drop a certain amount of votes. What do you think?
