Good thread. One other thing is also getting people to actually do what you have just spoken about you will get a whole heap of people saying "Oh yea im feeling this guys idea, lets get it done" and thats where it ends, the motivation an inspire part would be good for LB but something needs to make people more motivated an inspired around here, besides just being fans of hip hop/Battle rap.
