I agree w/ a lot of what's being said. I don't know who is slacking personally as a moderator as X called some people out... but I guess the log and the forums would prove that.

I also don't know if this is a product of you being reduced to a basic member, a backlash of sorts... but even if it is it's proven to be really productive. It's obvious you care. A LOT. lol... and people don't know what goes on behind the scenes most of the time.

You're making a lot of good points with eliminating some forums, condensing some aspects and overall making it more accessible and easier to navigate.

Also, the idea to give each mod a certain area as to which they will put work into/moderate/oversee changes and fix problems is a great idea... like how iLLo has the FVC. They just have to be core areas that really matter.

Still... we can go about this without the bitterness involved. If there are mods doing absolutely nothing, which I doubt it... then yes, they should be relieved of their position... but we should really just try to work together on the problems... make it an open discussion and get the site involved, like you have here.... and push that bitterness aside.
