its too strange to me that terrorists would step up their threat videos in this fashion and it almost lends credence to the theory that there's more than meets the eye & there's shit we aren't being told & powers at work outside of the extremist faction

A: Obviously the dialogue was scripted. James Foley would doubtfully say those things about his brother, without being forced to do so. They were not his ords.

B: It is not uncommon practice for ISIS, and other extremist groups of this nature to drug the victims of beheadings in this type of incident to ensure that they are more easily handled during the process.
