A: Obviously the dialogue was scripted. James Foley would doubtfully say those things about his brother, without being forced to do so. They were not his ords.

B: It is not uncommon practice for ISIS, and other extremist groups of this nature to drug the victims of beheadings in this type of incident to ensure that they are more easily handled during the process.
