NOBLE .. I think the cop was excessive in his escalation of force. When you handle weapons .. Your trained to escalate force as need be .. Mike Brown didn't have a weapon
To shoot someone in the face 6 times is overly excessive and not needed .. Shit a rubber bullet hurts just the same but at least the person lives .. Also after the first shot I'm sure the cop could have subdude MB by other means
What we mean by the race card is that minorities not just blacks are getting the most extreme of force escalation of force .. Dead men can tell no story
