Technically speaking I meet all of these criteria, but I'm probably going to be discriminated out for being the new kid on the block. But I'd do it @RULE

I do have a legitimate desire to see this site improve, I can say that. Also, my schedule is very conducive to moderating because I can log on at nearly any time of day I'm not asleep, both in and out of school. Sometimes I have to disappear for a few days for some reason, but those are pretty rare. And, to my knowledge, my VP is clean along with my record.
