PB is probably between 60-65.
That's all about endurance, lifting heavy is a different muscle (slow-twitch fibres). Endurance is the mad burning way to lift, usually when I finish 3-4 sets of benching I do push-ups to failure or push-ups to failure between sets of dumbbell flies. It fucking swells your chest x100.
