It would actually be really easy and essentially free for Pugz as long as people are buying their shirts.

There's more than one place that you can design a shirt and have a third party make and ship it, then they split the profit with you. Never have to buy anything yourself or up front. Not sure of any site names, but a little googling could find one I'm sure.
