I couldn't think of less versatile schemes. Arteries could be pronounced as two syllables in natural speech so having to enunciate it into three is going to be awkward flow galore.

@RULE - keep your scheme thread open and redo it man. You could get a bucket load of suggestions better than these.

And everyone post how you feel about em.

I personally think with 5 syllables, the best approach is (2)-(3).
