NOBLE I Really like that breath counting one, its a good one to start up your Awareness of things. Yoga's cool too, they both have their respective schools (yoga dealing with the Kundalini energy in the spine) I chose Qigong due to my talents at being a healer

The definition of Meditation is beyond sitting there with nothing in mind. Like Dj said, it can be anything that lets you let go of the physical "ego" world, and realize true joy, something beyond your imagined "self". Im sure that even as it is now there are things that get you into that Mind-State.
