Im pretty avid in meditations, been doing them my whole life lol. There are many forms (mental, physical, etc) With the physical "Qigong" it has done countless benefits for my physical health and systems. Essentially I just view all meditation as a way to "refine your TRUE SELF", ex a great Chinese teaching passed for centuries states the truth that 'To refine your mind, watch your body.
