@ Saxx I doubt that you are a war vet and/or have ever been in the military .. the way you act in the chat box and recent forum post makes me assume that you are far from that life .. moving on
@ Crysis @ Dave @ Phil Banks @ THUG OF WAR .. one can not say that the Marines are better than the Army or vice versa - being that I was in the Marine Corps for 14 years I am slightly bias towards the Marine Corps but I have seen Army, Navy, Air Force, even Coast Guard - both Reservist National Guard and Active Duty - Men and Women do exceptional things in combat .. some even given their lives
I deployed b/w 2003-2011 practically everywhere they were willing to send troops - I have did things I am proud of I also don't talk about the things I am not proud of - now that I am out I am sometimes conflicted on certain viewpoints - I'm not saying this to shit on/back up @ DJ Denton - but until you lived that life you will never have a clue as to what long term effect it has on some one |
