Askari - I'm the same way. The best way to get over that is occupy yourself man. If you're into sports, go play whatever sport you're into. Work out is a must while feeling that way, you'll sweat all them toxins out. Another great thing is to reassure yourself it'll eventually pass and everything's good. The circumstances for me can get so bed I'm bed ridden a day or 2. I'm starting to overcome it now, hope everything goes the same way for you. Wouldn't wish it upon anyone.
