People will say it's a dope battle and rate verse high, so they don't get on a battlers bad side or just because everyone else does. Your not going to get better if everyone says your dope and rates your 8's and shit. Right! Okay I'm getting 8 ratings so I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. Now if like I rated with that 5, you think, wow, was it really that low. And next time around you will try to improve yourself because you don't want to be that low. You feel me.

Shits the truth. By giving all these bullshit comments and generous rating we are making all those cats we dislike into why we dislike them. We make them think they are good because of the ratings that we give them and we always say dope battle, when a lot times you know damn well shit isn't that dope. We are preventing them from getting trying to improve more.

That's not neccessarily true. Some bitch, but majority after you explain it to them (unless your lizman) understand and show you respect. Plus, moderators know the fair people from the non-fair. If one of us were to put a 5-5 or a 6-4 on a shitty battle; I'm sure they wouldn't delete it.
