yo, i can't get this audio shit down.
does having a good mic and a better recording program really make a difference?

im using a rocband mic and audacity right now, and it sounds right wen i speak it, but the recorded version just sounds shitty...

if i got a better mic and bought a better program, would it make a difference or do i just suck..

I don't think its anything to do with the program you use (even tho i use CEP)...The mic could be your problem tho...You don't need to get an expensive mic to have solid tracks, but get a decent one...Work it out regarding the money you have/income so you'll know your range...


One other thing, when your recording, are you recording on stereo or mono?...I made that mistake first time using it...:high:

Yeah prob your mic...I have Audacity my problem is have to play beats on Stereo then record...fckn Laptop is on that BS lol...But as far as the playback, it sounds good...But yeah better Quality ALWAYS helps

When you hit record on CEP, it gives you an option to record on stereo or mono...I had the wrong one selected for a few takes and was about to cut my dogs throat but i asked someone and they informed me on what the deal was...:high:
