Projects suggestion and logistics thread
 

This thread is to be a thread where we will discuss projects that we can do w/o making fundamental changes to the site itself. Things like an LB magazine that actually comes out monthly or the LBtv project (Swear I'll get to it soon.) and things of that nature. This first post will be edited to be the work list of the projects we're actually going to do.

We're definitely doing LBtv but what about a podcast too? Is a monthly magazine actually feasible? What do you guys think about a fully sanctioned crew tournament of some sort? Discuss.

Sounds Good^ I'll Def. Work On LBTV And Either Using LBTV To Host A Live Tournament Or Something Else, Either Way A Live Tournament Plus LBTV Doing What We've Been Doing Or Improving It By Ten Folds.

Yeah, we need a lot more videos in there. It'd be cool if you could watch it for 24 hrs straight and not see the same video more than twice. We'll figure out some live battles too.

i think if u guys could set it up so where the track makers could face off in a battle with prerecorded tracks and have a battle to be voted on... would be nice to have right now with that diss track tourney..and plus ... can get some definite winners and points for the lil beefs that happen on the track side... just a thought..but letsbeef would have all options open at that point...

actual track battles are coming soon however we could just do them in the boards for now if we need to.


NOTE: Any forum wins will not translate to actual track battle records.

The comment boards on tracks need to be more versatile..U can't space between sentances and paragraphs like the forums....The track comments should work like the profile comments or the forums..So people can leave a detailed breakdown without it looking like some jumbled up mess..a bigger space for your comment to be presented in when posted would be nice too

Another thing on the tracks..If there is no plans in the pipeline to change the ratings and how they are given/presented..I think the least that can be done is to make it 10 stars instead of 5...Because we rate 1to10..so it's makes sense that the stars should reflect that..PlusI think it will go SOME way to getting more honest track ratings

Example: U give someone an 8 with the current stars..It shows up as 4

Do it with 10 it wil show up as 8...Looks alot better having 8 or 7 stars rather than 4 or 3 n a half...makes the track look like ass..I know when I see a track at 4 stars I dont wnt to rate it or even play it...but if it was 8 stars ..it looks alot more inviting....

It will help with honest rates because people wont feel so bad (Subconciously) about handing out them lower rate..And they wont be so worried about what they get in return (Out of spite)

Also..The top 10 tracks is all kinds of fucked up...I've counted scores on the top 3 at times and the 1 with the lowest score n less 10's is at the top..it's the most fucked up top 10 in the history of top 10's...lol..seriously...somethings wrong with it.
