Cass has some decent punches n shit, and Kiss has some touch and go ones...Pharoahe Monch has some incredible ones though...

well i grew up in camden which is right across the bridge from philly..so i hear alot of reed..n yeah as far as the total package goes none of these guys would make the list but as far as punchlines go...their the best of the best imo
