strict votes?. that was in 06!. we started givin out 8's and up round mid way through that year cause if we gave out numbers like we use to?. only cats like Illimit,De Swagger,Real Talk,Ellahmeno, and etc would be a 7. something rating when there verse are clear 10's at times.
