Im actually surprised there has never been a "cover rap" trend, where kats just spit other people's songs.

I know there's are a bunch that will take a rap song and sing it with them rockin a acoustic guitar. But im sayin spttin they shit to the same beat, same lyrics, and similar to them. Not like their voice, but you know what i mean.
Like a classic rock cover band. But a group comes in a does a Wu Tang set. Or just even doin a yt video rapping they shit.

I know raps always been taboo about "biting" but thats obviously not biting, especially if you title it as such..but i think thats why its not a thing, because of how hip hop was always weird when it came to "biting" even if it was whta someone wore. Even tho ots so trendsetting its also selfish in a way. Especially when alot dont even write they own shit, but thats a whole nother convo.
