Why do tournament participants get a bye week?
 

If there is people that signed up but got overlooked?

Can someone explain

28/32 people signed up. That means that four random people get a bye in the first round.

I think it was actually 27/32 and Lock filled in as a spot but didn't post (on purpose...to give a random battler a bye) but you get the idea.

I signed up and got ignored

Don't think your battle closed in time.
