If a nigga dont reply in a timely fashion, do u think he should take the L?


Like... Nigga technically choked. He No-showed. He Ducked u... doesn't that sound like losing? Like ... he forfeited. Didnt even try. Probably knows ur better.. And/or wasnt able to come up with the bars. Whether it takes him a long time to think up 8 lines ... (Hours, Days, Weeks, .. YEARS @Subreal) ... If u gotta sit there for hours to perfect a verse , & The other nigga took minutes .... C'mon. Whos really better. I understand u want it to be great, but if u dont learn to think fast, that shits gonna hold u back In Life.

I think the issue got fixed with Blind Drops, even if they take forever as long as they can't flip your verse then it's a non-issue.

Yea but yo, its been over 2 years since i sent Subreal beef. Dudes not replying to it im not dumb lol ... but thats 8 lines i dont get back or ever see again. If dude agreed, and no showed, I think my verse should still get posted, the battle should say he no-showed, and i should gain a W for it.

The mentality right now is .... "If i dont reply, i cant lose" ... No consequence

He's got a point b. If I write my verse in minutes and my opponent takes hours to finish, and ends up winning, is that considered a win? lol In Live battle rap, both guys get the same amount of time to write/prepare for each other.

Having leagues help a bit too. I know Grand Champions used to get flooded with nobodys sending them beef, if we had leagues we could wean that shit out. Maybe ... "Only accepting beef from Intermediates" If your an intermediate.

Also , make it an option whether ur accepting battles right now or not. Or maybe Send a Battle REQUEST ... and if they accept, THEN write your verse. Not.. Waste-however-much-of-your-time-and-get-no-reply type of shit. If they accept the battle request, then its a W or a L no matter what. If you no-show , it costs you some points. Double DQ if you both Lose ... no null & void

The problem is, if you're sending someone a verse you can spend as long as you want writing it, so I don't think that's fair. Sure, it might only take you a couple of minutes, but that's your choice. If you're concerned about them having more time you can spend longer writing yours to perfect it; or maybe you could ask a mod to set a deadline for the battle and have some kind of punishment for no-showing like losing credits or a week-long name change

Either way Ur ducking for a reason. If your doing a battle rap in person... if you dont reply, you lose. Their is no ... "oh it never happened cuz i choked so its a tie or a null & void" ... Id Def give the option to be 'currently accepting battles' or 'not currently accept battles' ... All i know is, nobody likes to waste their time. Niggas dont want Pending battles ... People bitch about people ducking, fix it.
