WELCOME TO THE MIC FIGHT SERIES

if you're confused, this is a custom long term grand prix style competition run by myself. this series is based on the tv show Knife Fight, where battlers battle for nothing more than pride and a knife the says they won. here's a brief summary of what this would look like starting with the prizes

reads "the mic fight don"

winning a single mic fight: custom sig, 25 credits, and some "BB"
winning more than one mic fight in a month: some "BB"
winning mvp at the halfway point: custom sig, and some "BB"
winning the whole thing: custom sig, hoodie reward, and cash prize

losing a mic fight to the battler with the best record: some "BB"
voted most likely to make a comeback: some "BB"

BB= betting bucks

but what are betting bucks?

BB is a currency you earn along the way. at the end of it all, you will "bet" all of your currency for certain outcomes. YOU CANNOT WIN ANY MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE THE GRAND CHAMPION, but, the grand champion receives the cash prize of all bets placed. so if 5 people bet "10 BB" they earned, then the GC will earn 50 actual dollars (from my own pocket)

EDIT:
keep in mind, there will be a shit ton of mic fights over the 6 month period, so the only credit rewards are per win. if you win 10 mic fights in half a year, that's 250 credits.

THE LAYOUT

this series will be very nontraditional and take place over the next 6 months (end of 2019 year). almost all the events will remain a mystery to the users who sign up, however, for the sake of transparency, i will state a few things.

1. users must understand that some challenges require freestyling/keystyling

2. user must understand some battles will be conducted within a 24 hour span. this would mean they callout, writing process, and voting process would all happen as fast as possible.

3. some of the battles will require track making (i know not everyone can do this, so this is a benefit to those who can, but not a requirement for those who can't.)

4. some of the battles will require you to use the lb discord and participate live

5. users must udnerstand, that some battles will be done via video (once again, not all of you can, so only the ones that can will get to battle thi way)

there will be several guest judges along the way, but i will serve as the main judge for all battles. my guest judges will have a vp of 4 and i will have a vp of 5. all regular voters will have a vp of 1-3 depending on the qaulity of their vote.

most battles will be setup randomly by me, and can happen at any time but there is one very important exception

CALLOUTS

the only way to control your destiny is to have the balls to callout. here's how callouts will work.

1. if you are the battler with the best record, you cannot call anyone out.
2. if you are the worst battler, you cannot call anyone out (5 battle min)
3. only battlers with 80% win rates can call out the top contender
4. if you win your callout, you will receive more "BB" than usual
5. if you lose your callout, you will have all "BB" stripped.
