I think the LB Awards should be...
 

...held every 3 or 6 months, rather than annually. By the time award season comes around, people's memories are biased towards events that happened relatively recently.

Or how about a 3 month re-cap accordingly so people can go back and see what happened the first 9 months of the year.

SEASONAL AWARDS SOUND LIKE A GOOD IDEA TO ME.

spring, summer and winter awards would be dope

There should also be a customer usertitle for every award.

The LB awards are kind of a fun little thing but 4 a year seems tedious. It carries very little substance and really doesnt mean anything. I get that by the time we do them a lot of the year is kind of a distant ghost of a memory, but I would rather see like a quarterly recap to keep past events from stagnating. I know we had a couple heads volunteering to do like a LB magazine revival type of thing. This would be a perfect addition. A look back at summer 18 that highlights some of the major events that took place. That way when it comes time for the awards people have a resource to pull from instead of just what's happened recently.
