Ok I was a little off when I said a week but damn was I close. Left the Crew of The Year, imo an original bunch to join Classick after lying saying you weren’t going to be active. I don’t get this. @Seul to explain.. |

I have to give praise to guys like @Brickrepper for not becoming a guy like you. I never figured out what the idea of being Classick fed guys like you to convince you that being a follower was cool. You’re literally following every other persons footsteps right now and I’m sure they’ve all used that same “I won’t be active enough” excuse. |
...Lol. I Don't See What All The Fuss Is About. maybe He Was Gonna Be Crewless But As a 'Newer' Guy, If Rule Asks u To Join, His Name Holds Enough Weight That You'd Feel Obligated To Comply. But I'm Just Whack Ass MaCc, What DF do I Know?

If you're confident you're delivering the best "crew" experience when you lose people you don't really give a shit. You've lost someone you didn't really want. For example, we lost @MACC to Classick. We shed no tears, he hadn't bothered to participate in our crew discussions or get involved in anyway. We're obviously not compatible.
On the contrary though if you're losing members because your crew experience is sub-par then that's a sign you need to up your game. For example when I ran Baker Street we lost @Xwizit and that was because I was inactive, I had neglected it. That's on me. This isn't really a reflection on Ops as I have no idea what you're crew is like on the inside. Just dropping some thoughts. |
