Big Sean > Kendrick Lamar

Only facts. Kendrick overrated yo. Fuck wit Sean Don

This is a close one. Big Sean's newest project "I Decided" has definitely solidified Sean as Top five of the current generation. He is actually a top that list for me currently at #2 beneath Kendrick (kendrick has dropped multiple classics thus far GKMC and To Pimp A Butterfly.

With that being said ..... The number one spot will be determined by how good Kendricks newest album is........ If the new album is better than Seans ... then Kendrick will have cemented that #1 spot imo. And noone will be able to fuck with it.

BUT.

If Kendricks album is not better than Seans latest... Sean will have taken the #1 spot, but not solidified meaning that it is still up for grabs.

Just my 2 cents .

Gave big sean a google. Top song was Bounce Back.

Lmfao seriously? Is rap that bad that THIS is the second beat of the generation? Guess ill stick to NaS and Kool G.

Bounce back is a commercial song.

Listen to No Favors ft. Eminem

Or .. No more Interviews.

The new generation wave is a mix of old and new. If you're stuck in the 80's, 90's hip hop you wont get it.

That's something a new jack would do lol fanboy, you know the best tracks aren't always singles.

Anyways:
No Favors, Jump Out The Window, Halfway Off The Balcony and Inspire Me are classics.

So his commercial song is the one I found unlistenable? Fuck checking out the less popular ones then.

I mean I fucking hate Smack that as much as the next guy but at least that shit is listenable.

I never get this "stuck in ___" bullshit. Im a rap fan. I love rap. I love a good lyricist or good sounding voice on a good beat. Not someone who sounds like a cross between Moss from the IT crowd and Robocop.

You could have told me Drake sung this 4th Quarter song and id have never known different. When these guys meet lable execs do they say "that was good but try not to show any emotion or fluctuation in your voice"?

You're entitled to your opinion. Art is subjective homie.

The kid from the hood may find solace in listening to Gucci or T.I vs The kid from the suburbs may enjoy Lil Dicky as his favorite rapper.

One persons Art, is another mans trash.. and vice versa.

True. Youre a Howard Hodgkins fan, Im a Michaelangelo fan.

Mr-Felon 04-13-2017 09:49 AM
