might actually be the first album I buy in a long time. although, downloading it on Spotify technnically counts as buying it right?

First track on PRhyme got some heavyyyyy bars. The whole thing is mad nice but first track felt crazy.

everyone overhyped the shit out of it because apparently not having any guest appearances means he has the best album by default since it's 100% j cole

unfortunately, 100% j cole doesnt mean 100% bars/good music...dude's album had 3 good songs at best.. Weak lyricism & corny songs throughout.. Fire Squad went the hardest and thats the only song ppl talk about cuz its the only song worth talking about

Royce Da 5'9" is one of the best lyricists in the game right now too... he has one of those styles that you either fuck with right away or it grows on you. didnt really fuck with his style right away but it grew on me. dude says some witty shit and his wording is clean...i was just never a fan of that extended/long bar style that dudes like him & Freeway have...but Freeway is just horrible & Royce does that style justice
