Lemons in water is good for digestion too. I've been water only for two years. Occasionally I'll drink a soda if I'm with some friends, or something of the sort, but it's just been water. It's a lot more refreshing as its actually hydrating.

But yeah, I'm trying to do what Godbody's on about. I'm not going to be some diet faggot, and I'll never have a 6 pack, but I'm trying to stop eating processed food and fizzy drinks. Instead of getting a fizzy drink from the shop, I'm sticking a bottle of water in the fridge. (Pretends I'm not drinking a budweiser this very second) |

Yeah I enjoy the occasional lemon in my joint
but just straight water is good... if ya'll check your local super markets they got deals on those bottled waters...like two 24 or 32 or packs or w/e of Poland Springs for like $7 and shit its a good habit too because it makes you conscious of what you're drinking throughout the day and you kinda give yourself a daily goal of how much water to drink |
