I just got done watching an episode on History or Discovery or w.e Channel and the amount of staged was unreal. I always knew it was fake but sometimes they go so overboard it's like their openly insulting the viewers intelligence by labeling it as a "reality" show.

The rest was the usual mix of too much free time on a week day and curiosity.

Episode 1 of Dynamo: Man this shit is awesome.
Episode 2 of Dynamo: Yep this is fake, fuck off you leukemia lookalike cunt.

Never seen it. I take it it's like David Blane where they hire a bunch of actors to play amazed pedestrians.

Like in one episode, he asked a random person for a glass bottle.
Then he asks another for their phone.

It's cool at first, he sneaks a new bottle from a guy behind him, and then at the exact same time as hitting the phone off the bottle, he throws the phone into his jacket. BRILLIANT slight of hand.

Then it goes downhill.

He then phones the phone.

1. How would be physically get the number without bullshit off screen?
2. How did he know the colour of the phone beforehand to have pre set up?

I'd have to watch it.
