What am I missin?

I was playing for like an hour.. Then it started to act stupid and not let me back online.

I managed to get on two days ago, but only on a temp account as the cloud server was down. My brother said he was playing fine, and did the race at the start and shit two days ago as well, but I dunno if his was temp or not (he used my comp). I tried yesterday but it'd get stuck at "waiting for players" on the cut scene.

So I do the first mission after the race and fail it cause I didn't know what the fuck I was supposed to do. Takes like 5 minutes of weird shit for the screen to put me back to the start of the mission.

It does so, and then I do it again, this time sneaking behind them. When they see me...which they fucking didn't...my guy puts his arms out like a bird, while the guy runs away. I cant move or do anything. Seems legit.

Switched onto my DaveIsUnethical acc, did the drugs mission with some guy...and now it's just loaded up again with 3 other guys. Huh?

I want a PC port.If you know a link to a Emulator, You will be blessed by god.
