Replace USERID# with your actual user ID number.
In your case, since your user ID number is 877531, your referral link is: http://www.letsbeef.com/forums/index.php?referrerid=877531
Any user may find his or her user ID # by looking at the url of their own profile.

Your user ID number is at the end.
I know I probably didn't need to explain user ID or how to find them to you in particular, but I'm just explaining it for whoever else reads this.
When people browse the forums using your referral link and then sign up, your name is automatically filled in as the referrer. Alternatively, you can just tell them to put your name in the referral field when signing up without even giving them the referral link. Either way, it will still be noticed.
