Crysis 3

Anybody got it?. is it worth buying?

Been thinking about buying a copy tomorrow but i've read a lot of mixed reviews on the single player.

A buddy of mine picked it up yesterday and said the graphics were some of the best he's seen but that the actual game was garbage and that there just isn't anything stand out about the game other then the graphics. I haven't played it but just what I heard

Crysis 3 is a solid game... I actually got it the other day for $40 off some kid who knows a woman that gets cheap ass video games. Idk if she works as a developer for these games or a retail store
.......but I don't think its worth the full $60....I mean, i havent played the campaign besides the 1st mission. but if you're like me you'll want a game with replay value

The multiplayer online is tight...thats what gives it replay value...but EVERY playlist has less than 1,000 people in it. MOST playlists have even less than 300 people playing in them.. at a popular day at a popular time, like a Friday or Saturday night, the most populated playlist will be Team Deathmatch with like 1,000-1,200 people.

in other words....the very little replay value that it does have, is offered by the multiplayer experience...which will probably be dead in a few weeks due to a lack of a massive audience

lol i wouldnt doubt it if Halo 3 has more people online than Crysis 3...and Halo 3 came out 6 years ago.

but yeah. The game is solid...the campaign's graphics are solid. the multiplayer is one of the most fun experiences I've played lately

I think I'm going to return the game in a week though. my boy also has it, he bought it from a store and has a receipt.. he said he's keeping it. I'll probably ride out the 14 day return policy and return this shit using his receipt lmao

you should try hitman absolution instead. Very good game, just finished it a while ago

im on 360 Venumb

Manhattan yeah thats exactly the kind of stuff i've been hearing/ and to make it worse ts a really short campaign.

Phil i've already sold my busted desktop. the 1 i'm using to type this right now but is still busted and still sold. btw can i come out of my forced retirement yet?

Yeah Pulse. The MP is probably the only thing thats got me wanting to buy it. i tried the beta and t was really good. especially Hunter mode. I'm not sure if a solid MP is worth paying full price though. I guess could just do what you're gonna do and return it and trade it in in a week or so after ive got my moneys worth of MP.

And yeah Crysis has never had a big MP community tbh

Oskar ive got absolution.1 my top 3 games last year wth Far Cry 3 and Dshonoured. i'm on Blackwater and nearly done. Contracts mode is cool too

My local gaming shop doesnt have Hitman, what the fuck kind of world is this?

Walking Dead was the game of the year for me (and every gaming source :D).

Haven't played Crysis before. So many franchises I still have to play. Fuck you PS4!

J u s T C 02-24-2013 07:53 PM

Yeah thats some game store you got over there. my local had shit loads of copies when i bought mine.

only played the demo of walking dead. thought it was boring. But then again i've never watched the series so thats probably why. i've heard it get or be in and around the goty 2012. but after playing it it seems like a hipster/fan boy choice.
