Are these (expensive as fuck) phones prepaid with "limited data usage" or something? If so, they'd only "charge you" for data used while connected to their service provider.. go to a WiFi spot and use up all the fuckin free internet you want.

TL;DR - Several places have free WiFi. You can't use up all the internet on any smartphone.
