Anyone need a Macbook Pro 15.3" (2012) for their setup?
 

Cheap.. well, compared to full price.. had it a month to record my album, despite it being the best computer I've owned in my opinion (first time over to the Mac as well) I decided downgrading to an Air and using the remaining money for other equipment is a better idea.

Full price was $1800+

I added 4GB of RAM, and absolutely no wear

yeah, only way you get your moneys worth on some shit like this is by using it for years anyway fuck sellin it for a loss

naw i got a mac as well as a toshiba that I'm running windows 7 on and pretty much was a waisted investment everything I can do on my mac book pro I can do on windows plus it's cheaper and runs just as fast and has more gigs of storage thats just my personal experience with both

i just like the whole mac setup better, been with windows for 10 years or more, this is the computer i should've had years ago, just my opinion though to each their own haha, i got windows 7 running on parallel for anything i need

yea the set up is deffinitley different I mean there good computers don't get me wrong but I do think that there a tad overpriced compared to other set ups

the mac got a metal casing though..... its rly little things like that put it over the top.... ive dropped mine bumped it..... still fine also my batterey life is still crazy n i had this bitch a year n a half.... stil get 3-4 hours of battery though.... i dont see myself switchin back to windows... its a flawed OS...

every os has it's flaws though

I really can't find any with Lion or w/e i got runnin on this bitch..... the mac console gives it a linux feel for anyone that knows what they're doing... gotta love that... where as Windows is so easy to exploit you got all these annoying security features anti viruses etc... windows only good if you tryin to exploit it rly.... i only use it on my desktop that doesnt have net access, more for storage an minor gaming...windows xp 2 the newer ones all annoy me...
