And tbh, ROTY should be decided upon differently. Not on the join date, but how much one has elevated, and accomplished from said join date until the present day. Time doesn't make you go from a rook to a vet, effort and practice turn you into that vet. Just my two cent's, Rhet holla at that pm when you can.

I get what youre saying Enf.... but there are also rookies that come on the site and dominate aswell.... in any format... be it basketball, football, a rookie is ALWAYS the first year they enter the league. So with that said. It should be the way it is. Not fair to other rookies that actually are a rookie in that year... verses somone thats been here 2 years with a chance to elevate.
