Text & Topical Moderators Reshuffle!

@Teek has moved from his role as a Text Moderator to become the new Head Topical Moderator, and he has recruited @Just C & Topical Champion @Erupt to be section moderators also.

Filling in the void left in the text moderator by Teeks move, will be @Verity.

Congrats, I guess... lol, do topical mods technically count as mods though? XD Cuz I've noticed they dont count as 'staff' when posting on battles & shit.
