for some reason on one of my basic battles that has started it says voting is not yet available? wat does this mean

i dont know but i just joined today and posted a battle and it is saying the same thing

give it a little bit to get updated to the server..

server is on a timed refresh cycle.. not sure how long it is.. but its is for sure in minutes
