mods serve for a duration (term), then hold sitewide elections..

this way mods who help the site will be re elected, and do nothing mods will be forced to step up or lose privileges

it also will help make lb a more user friendly site, EASILY.
even the playing field and open the site up to a wider variety of ideas...

Yea thats a good idea, certain mods are very helpful an some hardly sign in. But like Mike-G said a lot could mess up having new mods. There would have to be a certain thing that you pass to get in like no past bans an shit.
