i have posting problems to sorta....i can't stay logged in for more then 15 minutes..and when i try to vote on something it says i need to complete atleast 1 battle before i vote....or when i try to drop feed back on a track it says i must provide a comment ....need help where is a mod

@Shao's inquiry has been moved to the staff forums so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

Looking at his profile in the mod screens shows that he is not assigned to any usergroup at all.
