Youre on ur way to the store and you see ya homie you grew up with. You havent been in constant contact, but still very cool. He's at the bus stop. You pull up and offer him a ride. You know he hustles so you ask, "are you dirty?" he says "yea i got pills on me". Its raining so you say fuck it and give him a ride. Before you know it, youre pulled over..yadda yadda yadda...they find the pills AND a gun. With the gun charge, since you were both in the car you automatically get charged as well. Lawyer says youre looking at 3-5 years for this. Fed time. Snitching will get you out of this. Snitching will also move ya mans bid from 3-5 to 10-15 years.

Odd situation. If I had known he had pills and a gun, then no, I wouldn't snitch. I wouldn't let the fucker in my car if I knew he had the pills and gun. If I was stupid enough to let someone with drugs and a lethal weapon in my car, I might aswell be drunk-driving, which is a few years in some cases anyway.

Overall, you can't really answer the question without being in the situation, but if I had known he had pills and a gun and I willingly gave him a ride, then it's my own fault aswell. Still, 3-5 years just for being in the car? That's bullshit and would never happen.
