Topical confusion?

There seems to be some confusion over this. As far as I'm concerned, I was hit up about awarding a custom title. I granted it, I stated that if it's not held in the official brackets (I.e forums) The title colour will be green.

Also I was told it wasn't kicking off till September, now I'm been told its the final? Lmao. I'm not keeping track of all the tournaments coz every time I log on there's a new one happening...but I hope that sorts out the confusion a little...:high:

You can't hold text Topicals in the brackets.

I copied and pasted the quotes from our messages and a print screen. You CLEARLY agreed that the orange topical champion title was fine.. You also knew I was doing it early, and you said you didnt know some of the rounds were pictures rounds which is why I couldn't hold it in the brackets and you said that was fine too..

I don't like being made to look like I've relayed false information when I clearly proved through print screens and your quotes that the title and official tournament was granted.

RULE also said as topical moderator I get one official tournament this year at the time of me starting the tournament there wasn't anything else happening.. (one bar had finished, crew/scheme tourneys weren't scheduled) I explained that I'm moving to London for University the time the tournament was originally scheduled but asked and RULE said it was fine.

You confirmed the orange topical champion title, I explained why it couldn't be held in the be held in the brackets and explained that past topical text tornaments had been held in the forum and you understood and said it was fine!!

Still. Nice to see the bird I generously gave a free pass going on to the final.

You disnt give me a free past, we agreed on the deadline, you missed it, I waited ages after which you know and you still didn't post. If you really think that then go and post what you had (after 2/3 weeks) and if you beat me then you can take my place.

The title is no problem. Im pretty sure there is an official tournament happening next month already. Don't wanna have too much going on in the brackets...Whatever available month is available, RULE might use that as an oppurtunity to throw the topical tournament down tho...:high:

He did the one bar in feb instead of march making march free. I planned to do a topical tournament anyway but because it's got such a strong line up I thought it would be awesome to get the title in orange instead of the typical forum tournament dark green which won't be much of a 'prize' for the amount of heavyweights involved. Topical tournament isnt til September. So would it be okay to get the title in orange so it appears more official?

If there is no tournament scheduled, then I've no problem with it been held in the official brackets. I don't want 2 text tournaments happening at the same time. There's not alot i can do in terms of title colours..If its official & held in the brackets, It gets the specified colours "Orange/ Light Blue"...Forum tournaments "Green"...I don't think the colour of the title will bother anybody, there still earning the title :high:

I can't hold topical tournaments in brackets anyway because of the picture format, the last official one was held in the forums and got the Topical Champion title in orange. Which is what i'm asking to do again haha, make it official but hold it in the forums like the last topical tournament? That way it will get a more official looking title? Im also buying the winner exclusive to help the site out

That was our conversation. In my first reply i said the title was no problem, not the colour. Not once did i agree to the orange title, as i stated. but do w/e you'se want, Rain Matrix & Mind Fuck got orange titles for forum held tournaments & nothing was said..titles have lost all value IMO... Im just clearing shit up from my end *re-reads, fuggit* :high:

Yeah they're even giving out "Grand Champion" titles for "Crew Tournament" winners.
