That's pretty crazy. How did doing a name change put him in COPPA?

cos he didn't know why he couldn't sign in, so he went threw the whole rigmarole of re-registering with the same email and all that jazz, an it said this user is already registered, even tho he was asked to register... so it fucked up lool
