Idea: Let's Beef.
 

I've seen this idea thrown around several times in the past, and I myself have mentioned it at least once, that I know of prior to this. I think that LB should put forward some sort of effort to host live battle events, I mean, we have several members of the site who already participate in battles, why not establish this site as more than this, and take that step with those members? Rhetorik mentioned putting money from the exclusive memberships towards events, why not live events? Even RULE mentioned grand tourny pot money, but, why not again, turn those funds towards a live event for the site, so that members who have, and want to take the trek into live battling can still share in Let's Beef? Iunno.

LB doesn't make enough money to do that sort of thing right now. We're working on some fundamental changes that should draw in more traffic to where maybe we can think about doing something like that in the future though.

Donations may help. Or, maybe take a portion of the money from exclusive memberships, and set it aside solely for the purpose of live events, I mean, I have no idea how much money it takes to run a website, or to run a live event for that matter. But, more traffic should be good.

Me and RULE are live battling in Bristol pretty soon.
