heres my idea (debatable) : If Lb develops a system to have so called "leagues" per say, somthing along the lines of maybe Rookie, Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight, etc.....Users would have to SLOWLY progress from one stage to another judging on skill, respect, vouchs, wins (debatable) and could ONLY pass through with vouchs from Mods, Champs, FVC's, etc (debatable)......great thing i learned from video games that i feel incorperates into this site is that, Everyone wants to win, everyone wants to beat the game, everyone wants to be the best. and i think that drive to "win the game" will keep ppl more active , thus bring in more votes and make people WANT to get more educated...........HOWEVER there are some big questions such as "what would you do with all the exsisiting users?" and "How will we keep people voting?"........allthough i dont have answer to the first question, i do have one for the second. (and weather or not this league is takin into effect, i believe we should do this regardless) To keep votes coming in: i have come to understand that theres an extreme lack of voting these days...We could perhaps boost the number of credits you need to Start/Accept battles so that people HAVE to vote...and i can speak on behalf of most of the ummmm "worthy" members of this site and say that if theres a DOPE battle between 2 emcees, we have NO PROBLEM peeping and voting educated, not for the credits, its because we THOUROUGHLY enjoy the read. Ive been on this site for a long time, and ive seen the progress its made, and im confident that there will be more...people just gotta have

There was a league structure to be implemented over on FHH (V4) but nobody was really digging that site...I like the idea of having the different weight divisions tbh...could also incorporate some points system with emcee items and awards too...

Honestly, I don't know why the exclusive league is not used more often...It would avoid all the 'noob' votes that affect some outcomes on battles...I know not everybody has exclusive, but of people are willing to revive that arena and put it to good use, then I'm sure I could have a word with Pugz about hooking people up...good shit TS :high:

May the exclusive arena was looking to be brought back... I battled and convinced others to battle as well in it but now it is just plain dead again.. I think we should really think of something to bring back the exclusive arena.. perhaps hold a tournament? ehh, don't know.. but it would prevent the noob votes like you said.

@Mayneak agreed about the exclusive.......allthough im not pushin the league part too much....i do feel strongly about the number of credits needed for a battle and how it should be raised abit to double or even triple the amount of votes on LB

Yeah exactly, people should be using it if they want to receive fair, educated & explained votes instead of the typical fv vb votes that flood battles..Holding a Tournament is not the answer, if people ain't using there exclusive membership to the full extent, i don't see how they deserve to be involved in tournaments..Tho if people did start using that arena, I'd have no problem getting a tournament or two throughout the year...

I think the league is a dope idea and i'd be eager to push the idea when programmers get a chance to work behind the scenes..Increasing the amount of credits needed to vote has its pro's and con's..tho i think it would be for the better & should be brought to the attention of admins..:high:

Maybe if we make qualifications for it like there is for the basic tournaments people would use it again.. it would be hard to really get everyone in there
