Capping Multies in a battle.
 

I mean... really. Is this site so simple that it can't recognize a rhyme scheme when it's perfectly laid out in front of them unless the fucking multies are capped? Or are people too lazy to actually read verses, and just want the rhymes to jump out at them so they don't have to look at the rest of the verse. Just wondering. I've been at this for several years. I know what capping is.. I know how to make a verse look pretty.. I did it when I started out just to help dumb kids follow a flow, but I mean.... seriously? lol. Everyone here wants you to do it. Do I just have too small of a sample size of voters to judge, or is that the general consensus of the entire site? (cap multies, get more attention, win more battles...)

You could always just not cap your multis or if that's too much for you then you could find some site that doesn't have their users do that. Good luck finding one that's worth a shit.

Every site has people that cap multies.. or dash multies.. or tilde multies.. or cap the first letter to show that those words rhyme. Sure, yeah I know this. I've been to tons of them, seen it all. I'm just wondering if this is a site that the voters NEED you to do these kinds of things to see your actual rhyme structure... or if the intelligent voting community is healthy enough so that good battlers that don't need to do these things won't get dicked over in battles. That's what I'm wondering.

its just easier to read is all.. cause some people force multis etc too top it off its less srtress and foncustion while breaking down bars 1by1.. it jumps out you and kinda has harder impact.. just use em to cope with the human mind cause its a philological thing

Well, I would say you don't really NEED to but I would to be on the safe side. I think emphasizing them helps the reader not just see where your rhyming but also the emphasis on those words which makes your flow easier to follow.

you could always just spit your multis on a microphone and record it..... I find that makes them pretty easy to follow...
