Now, since I have received so much grief for my wordplay being "Forced" I would like to compare one of what I'm sure several people would consider one of the top wordplay users in grindtime's wordplay to an instance of wordplay of my own.

QP vs. Swave Sevah: "Your battle raps are cadillacs. I see your link, and navigate away."(Lincoln Navigate.)

Bl[ ]nk vs. Erupt Dah Monster: "When the money's up? He's not Apparent With Cash just because this Person A Child."(A Parent/Purse And A Child.)

So, someone explain to me the difference between these two instances of wordplay? What makes my wordplay forced as compared to QP's? Why is QP's wordplay likely praised, while mine is critiqued as "Forced." Or told that it doesn't work?

Honestly...it depends on how u use wordplay like that...for instance that Chizzy Wizzy stuff...is forced af. Combining words like Bit Choose to mean Bitch Ooze is forced af. In your case it's kinda forced but not really. It's understandable, but person should have an s at the end of it if u talk regularly.

IMO it's a slight force of the wordplay. Agreed it should be persons, but besides the wordplay, that concept does need some work.

Because QP used his to describe his opponents bars, It's forgivable and is strong enough with it's first meaning on reading it that it's easy to brush aside the 2nd somewhat iffy meaning

where as you on the other hand used purse and a child as a statement of fact and the first meaning was too flawed anyway, never mind the whole purse and a child shit which makes absolutely no sense. Why don't you just admit that the bar is fucked instead of pointing the finger of blame at others?

And for the record I hadn't even heard of seen that QP bar untill this thread. So you're making a generlization by saying "Why does everyone think this is good, but mine forced?"

Thae QP Swave battle was funny as fuck. QP got BitchMade. Def a one-sided crowd though.
