I personally feel like Heath's version was a BIT better. I liked the whole sadistic views, and the way he acted. I felt as though it was more true to the original idea of the Joker.

too completely different approaches. Directors from both films portrayed the batmen story differently, one was more comic book style while the other was dark and devious. I like the Heath Ledger Batman, more dark. The other was almost a bit cartoony! It all depends on which style and approach you like better of the two films.

Heath Ledger's take on the joker was some of the best acting I've ever seen. Of any role, in any movie. Heath gets it hands down.
