This doesn’t make sense. Than again he has a title and you guys tend to turn a blind eye for users like him but I think it’s important stuff doesn’t happen like this again

The outcome of this battle isn't Kiwi's fault nor is it due to Kiwi's vp. It is due to the fact that those who voted for you, have little to no vp.

The battle ended up being 4vp vs 3vp. As one of those who voted for you has 0vp (for good reason) and another has 1vp.

The result of battles due to vp is based upon the fact that those with little to no vp have so due to their own behaviours and actions when voting, in turn this has an affect on other users. Instead of crying foul at Kiwi (or other staff or FVC) for their vp, you should actually be taking the issue up with other users, as they are the ones who due to previous actions (hate voting etc etc) have negatively affected your battles outcome.

There is a plethora of low to no vp users all due to their own actions in the battle arenas. They hate vote, spam vote and so on... when they do those things, they affect the battles they're hate voting, spam voting etc on... they then have their vp lowered in order to help combat the battles their trolling/hate/spam voting is affecting.... the knock on affect of this is that then when they vote, it carries little to no weight on a battles outcome.

People need to start looking at themselves and their attitude towards voting rather than making excuses for their shitty behaviour and just trying to dump the entire blame upon staff.

As an aside, I actually think staff VP should be lowered to 3, but that’s not my decision to make.

Like we talked about via IM's after you accusing someone of stealing your material, i asked for proof so i could handle said situation, you provided none and get emotional over being informed that 'dis-knee' isn't a fresh concept/it's played/has been done many times before and as such, the person you were accusing of 'stealing it' from you, could have come up with it themselves as it's basic. How am i to know how old you were in 2007? That's completely irrelevant anyway... dis-knee is a simply and basic wp... You also said that other user was stealing all of your other material... i'm STILL waiting for the links so i can look into the issue.

If you have issues with other users, bring it up with staff rather than expecting us to just know whats going on.

On a sort of side note I think to be fair some members deserve 0 vp for consistently poor quality votes/ hate votes/troll votes but I do agree that mods should probably be at 3 if regular members are at 2. Being worth double the amount seems like a lot especially given voting activity is kind of low these days so the relative power is even more magnified

Just cause someone's a mod doesn't mean they're better voters, it means they were very active compared to others at the time of needing more staff.

Right. But to me even within the overall 2vp bracket there are voters much better than others. In a perfect world everyone would have a tailored VP based on their individual voting skill and nothing else. That (probably?) won’t happen though. I’m kind of just thinking out loud. I guess I’d be on board for mods having either 3 or 2 VP. But when battles are closing frequently with <5 votes, just def shouldn’t be 4

Make it even everyone vote should be 1, if there’s a hate vote or clearly bias vote, report to mods, vote should be removed, and if person persist to make those kind of votes make there votes 0, that’s your job not having 4 voting power, the mods aren’t any fairer than regular members, Example is clear how kiwi voted for darts even doe dartz rhyming is really off, there’s nothing that warrants there votes to be higher

Agree with @Edgeworth. Drop the vp, voting is low, makes sense.

However, a similar issue will still arise, when a battle ends with one person having more votes than another but loses due to the lack of vp.

Just make it even, it’s clear and concise, that’s the fairest way, you’re a moderator , your job is to moderate, not abuse power
