so to get straight to the point

rai and i were set to tag against lock and kiwi. we hopped in a google doc, and started writing bars for a few weeks until one day he deleted it, and switched crews. he messaged me letting me know he wasn't going to write with me anymore.

ok cool. so why did you delete the doc? well i went and restored previous versions of the doc and sorted out the bars that i wrote and the bars he wrote. i took all the bars i wrote and sent them to kiwi. i also sent them to shodan and lock and edge and a few others just in case he tried to use my bars.

sure as shit the very next tourn he enters AS A MOD there's this

as you can see he switched up the line, but the punch and setup is exactly the same. in the google doc you can see the feedback he left on my bar in the first place.

so why post this now when i found out weeks ago?

so for the spring audio and text throwdown, rai made the threads to confirm your spot for those who qualified. well i posted and confirmed my spot in text, and asked to be put in the wildcard for audio.

i then suspected rai would try and avoid putting me in the tournaments. so i messaged kiwi and asked him to make sure that didn't happen.

he purposefully used his mod position to make sure i didn't get into a tournament i qualified for because i had told kiwi about him stealing my bars.

now i'm making this thread to put it out to the public, that way i can't be excluded from the audio tournament as well

and also because i'm not sure how y'all feel about a dude running these touraments who has now been caught stealing content twice while mod, and is using his power to make sure i can't participate.

I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS AND LINKS TO PROVE ANYTHING.

i have shared everything i have with kiwi. i'll let him explain anything on his end, i don't want to put words in his mouth and take anything out of context.

Just mod @Lockhart already. Dude has expressed his interest and has already said he would set aside battling to focus on mod work. Hes basically an LB encyclopedia and hes pretty fair and unbiased. And it's pretty clear he doeant need to cheat to win.

@punk, no offense man, but there’s no defending Rai on this one. He’s been caught twice stealing bars and abusing mod powers, and has screenshots and testimony to back it up. And if he really is that incompetent that he’s capable of committing all of these acts and they’re truly mistakes, then he shouldn’t be mod anyways.

Its all good, i know that i edited ALL of our bars, making them mine just as much as yours. And you were all for using the bar i created around your muti. taking a multi and making a concept from said multi is completly different than biting. We are allowed to get scheme suggestions from people, same difference here. Yall believe what you want, but i think its funny how you call me corrupt when you permabanned alot of people from this site while being modded, for no reason at all, other than you couoldnt deal with the stress involved with those people. i admitted i took a joke my dad told me and reincorporated it into a bar, but i willn ot admit to stealing a bar that i crafted myself. Dude, that's garbage. "I edited your bars for the tag so they're mine as much as yours". I dont know how you expected that shit to fly at all. Me and blue tagged and helped each other along the way. I would never consider using his shit in a battle because i made an edit. The fact you thought you could pull that and get away with it is prove you dont have the foresight to be a mod. People use tons of different methods to communicate with each other and stay in touch from this site. There's the discord, IM, email, social media, some people even text and know each other in real life. You're calling bullshit after clear proof? just because they used Google Docs? Lol

I'm not making an argument that pertains to the issue of whether or not Rai was or was not in the right.

It's very clear from both the OP and then Rai's response that they were writing bars together in a google doc. That's not communicating with or staying in touch with someone else, that's someone else contributing to your bars in a collaborative environment.

Why would you need to write bars in a shared location with another person if not for the purpose of co-writing/editing/feedback?

To me that's foul, by in large a battle should be you and only you. I'm not against having someone give their thoughts about a line or two before you send it, but that's totally different from writing bars with someone.
