has bnas payed his way out of being banned?

when somebody is caught self voting over and over and cheating and is banned, i fail to see why he's brought back. can we have some answers as to why bans are being reversed as if no one else matters? right now it seems he's paid his way out, which leads me to believe rican will be back soon as well.

I was wondering this myself. If I recall correctly I’m pretty sure he’s supposed to banned for a year. There’s no way he should be back this soon.

Lame. @Bnas makes us all look bad when the #1 guy is a ban-dodging cheater. Glad X did the right thing for the site by unbanning him.

I reviewed the ban and did not initially find evidence of cheating and lifted it. Upon further review with different tools the ban has been reinstated.
